Rye Double IPA🍺: Brewed with over 30% Rye and massive doses of hops throughout, this gargantuan Double IPA hits all the right spots with its rustic spicy malt profile and bold hop characteristics of sticky pine resin, rich earthy notes and dried stone fruit🤤. Brewed with Rahr Pale malt, Flaked Rye, Crystal Rye, Aromatic and Munich malts. Hopped with Chinook, Apollo, Jaryllo, Amarillo and Loral hops and dry hopped with a double dose of Azacca hops. As well as, hopped with Centennial, Cascade and East Kent Golding and moderately spiced with fresh ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Clove. A secondary fermentation with copious amounts of Granny Smith Apples🍎 and Wildflower Honey🍯 make for an extraordinary specialty ale. Served in a 12oz snifter glass for maximal gratification.
