Belgian-Style Trippel

9.5% ABV / 30 IBU’s

Shimmering gold in color and light bodied with flavors of honey candy and hints of banana and pear. Brewed with Weyermann pilsner malt, with malted wheat, abbey and honey malts, flaked oats, wildflower honey and golden candi sugar. Delicately hopped with Magnum, Goldings and Tettnanger hops.

India Pale Ale #8

7.3 % ABV / 63 IBU’s

Robust hop flavors and aromas take the limelight in this IPA with dank resinous pine and heady bursts of tropical fruit. Brewed with Irish Ale malt with Naked Oats, Munich, CaraRed, Medium Crystal and Wheat malts. Abundantly hopped with Calypso, Crystal and Idaho Gem hops and dry hopped with Mosaic for an explosion of hoppy nirvana.

5.6% ABV / 26.3 IBU’s

Full bodied with assertive chocolate flavors and a roasty finish. Brewed with Irish Ale malt, naked oats, cookie and coffee malts, medium and dark crystal malts, light chocolate malt, chocolate wheat, carafa III special and roast barley. Hopped with Magnum, Willamette and Mt. Hood hops, with lactose added. (*Contains lactose)

Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy

9.6% ABV / 28 IBU’s

Rich and opulent, this crown jewel of the Scottish family of ales is a malt lover’s dream come true. Full bodied with intricate flavors of toffee, dried fruits and hints of nutmeg and spice. Brewed with Simpson’s Golden Promise and Crisp Pale malts, Melanoidin, Cookie, Special B and Chocolate Wheat malts with a touch of dark candi sugar and wildflower honey. Moderately hopped with Bobek and Goldings hops.

India Pale Ale #6

7.5% ABV / 65.1 IBU’s

Perfectly balanced, this southern hemisphere inspired IPA is loaded with tropical flavors and aromas of passionfruit, mango and stone fruits. Brewed with Weyermann pale malt, oat malt, special roast and light crystal malts. Hopped with Magnum, El Dorado and Galaxy hops with a generous dry hopping of Rakau hops from New Zealand.

Citra Pale Ale

5.9% ABV / 36.3 IBU’s

Clean and classy, this brilliant Pale Ale showcases the bright flavors and aromas of Citra hops. Brewed with Weyermann Pale malt, malted oats and light crystal malt. Exclusively hopped throughout with Citra hops for delicious drinking enjoyment.

Italian-Style Pilsner

4.9% ABV / 45.4 IBU’s

Endlessly drinkable, this Italian-style “Tipopils” is laden with floral and earthy hop notes with a touch of spice overlaying a clean and delicate malt profile. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and a smidge of light Munich malt. Hopped with Magnum, Vanguard and Savinjski Golding hops then further dry hopped with Savinjski Goldings.

Session IPA #2

4.5% ABV / 32.4 IBU’s

Straw golden with a dry finish, this easy drinking ale is brewed with Crisp Best Ale malt with Victory malt and flaked rice. Hopped with Pekko, Cashmere and Legacy hops with a dry hopping of “Trident” hop blend from Hopsteiner for hints of mojito and tropical melon.

India Pale Ale #5

7.3% ABV / 59.6 IBU’s

The newest IPA in our pursuit of hoppy nirvana, this bright orange hued ale showcases the full flavors and aromas of Amarillo hops. Brewed with Weyermann Pale and Pilsner malts with a dash of CaraMunich. Exclusively hopped and dry hopped with Amarillo hops for a juicy dank pine finish.

Belgian-Style Abbey Ale

7% ABV / 30.1 IBU’s

Soft golden in color with multifaceted malt flavors and notes of honey, this refreshing ale is brewed with Gambrinus Pilsen malt, buoyed by Abbey and Honey malts, flaked oats and rye, and wildflower honey. Gently hopped with Cluster, Belma and Goldings hops for a delicate floral hop finish.

Double IPA #3

9% ABV / 90.4 IBU’s

Bold and resinous, this ale is bursting at the seams with dank sticky hop goodness and rich malt flavors. Brewed with Irish ale malt, with Munich, light crystal, aromatic and wheat malts. Generously hopped with Chinook, Comet and Centennial and dry hopped with Citra for a powerhouse hop punch.

IPA #3

7.5% ABV / 63 IBU’s

Bursting with tropical fruit and citrus flavors and aroma this IPA is a hophead’s dream. Brewed with Crisp Chevallier malt with Wheat and Biscuit malts and generously hopped with Jarrylo and Lemondrop hops, then finished off with a massive Citra dry hop addition.

Belgian-Style Witbier

4.3% ABV / 13.6 IBU’s

Straw colored and hazy as a Humboldt fog bank, this Belgian inspired wheat ale is neither filtered nor fined. Brewed with Crisp malted wheat, Weyerman pilsner malt and a generous dash of malted oats, flaked rice and honey. Lightly hopped with Sterling and Lemondrop hops and delicately spiced with bitter orange peel, grains of paradise and a smidge of coriander. Light, refreshing and delicious!

Cream Ale

5% ABV / 12.7 IBU’s

Light, crisp and indulgently refreshing, this classically styled Cream Ale is brewed very simply with Simpson’s Best Pale malt and flaked corn. Magnum and Savinjski Golding hops provide a clean and delicate hop finish to this delicious and quaffable ale.

English-style Extra Special Bitter (E.S.B.)

6.3% ABV / 43 IBU’s

Don’t let the word “bitter” fool you, this copper colored English-style ale is rich with malt forward flavors of toffee, toasted nuts and fresh biscuits drizzled with honey. Brewed with Gambrinus E.S.B. malt with special roast, light crystal and honey malts harmoniously balanced with Goldings and Northern Brewer hops.

Ultra-Light Hybrid Ale

4.2% ABV / 17.1 IBU’s

Delightfully thirst quenching, this refreshing light ale draws inspiration from a myriad of beer styles and has been artfully crafted to pair perfectly with Sushi and BBQ. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt, with Wheat, Flaked Rice, CaraVienne and Wildflower Honey. Sterling, Vanguard and Lemondrop hops mingled with Grains of Paradise lend a subtle herbal spice character balanced exquisitely with a gentle yet complex malt flavor.

English-style Summer Ale

5.5% ABV / 25 IBU’s

Crafted to slake the most desperate of thirsts, this bright golden ale is packed full with refreshment and soft notes of fresh bread. Brewed with Crisp Best Ale malt, with Spelt, Biscuit and Victory malts and balanced by Sterling, Vanguard and Golding hops.

German-Style Kolsch

4.7% ABV / 22.9 IBU’s

Blond and brilliantly clear, this cool fermented ale showcases refreshingly clean simplicity at its finest. Brewed with Crisp best ale malt and a dash of wheat. Exclusively hopped with Liberty hops for a spicy noble hop character with a hint of rose and citrus.

Mexican-style Lager

6% ABV / 22 IBU’s

Zealously crafted for easy drinking refreshment, this golden-amber lager is guaranteed to please. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsen malt, copious amounts of Vienna malt, flaked corn and a dash of crystal malt and rye. Hopped with Vanguard and Liberty hops for a slightly spicy and clean noble finish.
