Pale Ale #3

6% ABV / 50 IBU’s

Rowdy and generously hopped in the West Coast style, this newest Pale Ale in our ever evolving selection is brewed using Simpson’s Best Pale malt with light crystal and Vienna malts for a warming malt backdrop. Comet and Sultana hops take the front seat with wild American overtones of citrus, pine and resinous tropical notes.

Session IPA

4.2% ABV / 42.7 IBU’s

Dry and light bodied, this thirst quenching ale is brewed with Weyermann Pale malt and Spelt malt with a dash of wheat. Judiciously hopped with Legacy and Sultana hops with a unique dry hopping of “Trident” hop blend from Hopsteiner for a lemony tropical profile and a pleasing lingering bitterness.

Red Ale #2

6.5% ABV / 70.7 IBU’s

Full bodied with a complex malt backbone and assertive hop character this rambunctious red ale is sure to please. Brewed with Weyermann Pale malt, with Crystal Rye, CaraMunich, Melanoidin, Special B, Aromatic, Crystal 135/165 and Black Patent malts. Chinook hops shine bright in this brew with seven kettle additions and a massive dry-hop finish.

Deep orange and sticky with hop goodness, this delicious IPA is brewed with Crisp Chevallier malt with wheat, aromatic and biscuit malts for depth of flavor. Bittered with Pekko hops and finished with Chinook and Belma hops with further dry hopping of Belma hops for a resinous explosion of ambrosial fruit flavors.

Simplicity meets sublime in this melt in your mouth Pilsner. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and delicately hopped with layers of Magnum, Sterling and Legacy hops for a smooth and satisfying drinkability. Pairs excellently with sushi and barbecue.

German-style Hefeweizen

5.6% ABV / 17.3 IBU’s

Crisp and refreshing, this hazy straw gold ale is fermented with a true German Weizen strain of yeast providing notes of clove, banana and fresh bread. Brewed with Crisp Wheat and Weyermann Pale malts with a dash of wildflower honey, and delicately hopped with Magnum, Sterling, Mt. Hood and Liberty hops .

India Pale Ale #4

7.8% ABV / 64.5 IBU’s

This next installment in our evolution of IPAs is snappy and refreshing. Brewed with Crisp Chevallier and Best Ale malts, with Munich, Aromatic and Wheat for body and full malt flavors. Magnum hops provide a clean background bitterness while Amarillo and Citra hops bring a punch of resinous pine and citrus, climaxing with a Galaxy dry hopping for a sticky tropical finish.

Irish-style Red Ale

5.5% ABV / 24.1 IBU’s

Deep red and true to style this malt forward ale is brewed with Irish Ale malt, light crystal malt, CaraVienne, CaraAroma, Crystal Rye and a dash of Roast Barley. A balanced hop profile from Northern Brewer, Legacy and Bobek hops provide a well-rounded finish to this easy drinking red ale.

Japanese-style Lager

4.5% ABV / 16 IBU’s

Delicate, crisp and refreshing, this light lager’s destiny from creation was to pair beautifully with our house crafted sushi offerings. Brewed blissfully with Weyermann Pilsen malt and Jasmine rice for a clean malt profile with a bright citrusy hop finish of Lemondrop and Liberty hops.

Double IPA #2

8.3% ABV / 80.3 IBU’s

A fine balance of tropical hop aromas and fulfilling malt flavors are harmoniously showcased in this smooth sipping Double IPA. Brewed with Simpson’s and Crisp best ale malts with CaraMunich, Vienna and Victory malts for a rich depth of character. Generously hopped with Sultana and Lemondrop hops throughout for island fruit and citrus flavors and aroma, then dry hopped with Idaho Gem hops for a dank resinous finish.

German-style Maerzen

5.7% ABV / 20.1 IBU’s

Rich in malt decadence, this classic style of lager presents layers of toasted biscuits and fresh baked bread with a hint of drizzled honey. Subtle hop flavors and light bitterness lend a pleasant counterpart while letting the malt flavors truly shine. Brewed with Weyermann Pale malt, Biscuit, Victory and Pale Caramel malts, with Legacy, Mt. Hood and Tahoma hops for a delightful sipping experience.

Oatmeal Stout

5.5% ABV / 39.3 IBU’s

Dark as night and devilishly smooth and delicious, our Oatmeal Stout is dizzyingly complex in its depth of malt character. Brewed with Irish Stout malt, Cookie malt, Viking 200 malt, Crystal 135/165, Chocolate malt, Roast Barley, Carafa special malt and copious amounts of flaked oats for a rich, roasty and silky smooth finish. Hopped with Northern Brewer, Mt. Hood and Willamette hops for an earthy and floral backdrop.

California Common

6.6% ABV / 40.8 IBU’s

Sometimes referred to as “steam” beer, this warm fermented lager is anything but common. Pouring a light amber gold with a mild, malty caramel sweetness backed by a crisp and clean hop profile. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsen malt coupled with Munich, Crystal, Victory and Dextrin malts and hopped exclusively with Northern Brewer hops.

Dusseldorf-style Altbier

5.8% ABV / 42.2 IBU’s

Complex malt flavors abound in this mahogany hued cool fermented ale. Brewed with Simpson’s Golden Promise and Weyermann Pilsen base malts with Munich, CaraMunich, Melanoidin, Crystal Rye, Chocolate and Roast Barley for notes of toffee, hazelnuts, chocolate and so much more. Fully balanced by additions of Magnum, Mount Hood and Liberty hops for a crisp and dry finish.

Rich and robust, this classically styled Porter pours dark as night with a creamy chocolate mousse-like head. Brewed with Simpson’s Best Ale malt and Munich, Crystal Rye, Brown, Chocolate and Carafa malts for lush and full flavored enjoyment. Hopped with Northern Brewer and Liberty hops for an earthy and slightly floral balance, this one is a tribute to all the dark beer lovers out there. You know who you are, cheers!

French-Style Biere de Garde

7.3% ABV / 24.2 IBU’s

Pouring a hazy shade of burnt sienna, this farmhouse style cousin to Saison is complex and malt forward. Brewed with Weyermann Pale malt augmented by munich, wheat, caramel and special B malts with a touch of dark candi sugar. Magnum, Northern Brewer and Savinjski Golding hops lend an earthy, spicy and citrusy finish to this unique one of a kind ale.
